How to Attach Reference Library Docs to Ticket Type

Follow these steps to attach documents from your digital repository to your organization's ticket types. 

Once you've followed these steps to generate a checklist and a ticket type, you can attach  reference documents to a ticket type so those items are always attached when a ticket is generated. 

1. From your nav menu, Settings under Organization.

2. Using the middle menu, access ticket types: 

types

3. Choose the ticket type from your library. 

4. Use the edit button to edit the ticket type.

5. Choose from previously uploaded material or use the Upload button to add more materials.

6. Select the Submit button to make the change to the ticket type.
