How to Create a Closed by Date Work Order
Learn how to create a work order that closes on a specific date as back office or a supervisor.
Follow these steps to create a work order that closes on a specific date.
From your nav menu or dashboard, select Work Orders under Work Flows.

1. Select the Add Work Order icon.

2. Choose the customer from the dropdown.
3. Select A specific date is reached as criteria for completion.

4. Select the beginning date if it's anything other than today's date.
5. Select the end date.
6. Select Submit to add the work order to both the dedicated agents' and supervisors' workflows.
Products / Services
For a ticket to include items like products and services, it needs to be selected from the work order level. Automatically, the work order won't include it and the toggle presents as:

To include items on the subseqent tickets, toggle moves to the YES. Choose Any Worksite for the order to include those items on any worksite for the selected customer.

Add the items in the form of products and services to the work order and its tickets.
