How to Access Customer Tickets

Follow these instructions to access and view all tickets associated with a customer.

Desktop

1. From the Nav menu, select the Organization icon. 

2. Click Customers. 

3. Select the Customer.

4. From the customer dashboard, select Tickets from the middle menu. 

5. This brings the user to all the tickets associated with this Customer across multiple worksites, from all technicians. 

Mobile 

1. From the Nav menu, select the Organization icon. 

2. Click Customers. 

3. Select the Customer.

4. From the customer dashboard, select Tickets from the middle menu. 

5. This brings the user to all the tickets associated with this Customer across multiple worksites, from all technicians.
