How to Add a Spearhead User

From the back office, you can add new field agents to Spearhead, allowing them to log work immediately. Follow these instructions to add a new Spearhead agent.

1. Navigate to app.spearheadops.com

2. From the Nav menu, select Agents. 

3. Select the Add Agent icon.

4. Enter the new agent's information. 

5. Select their user role.

6. Enter their work email access. 

7. Select submit to create the agent profile and send the first email access to their work email.
