How to Add a Ticket - Mobile

As back office, add a ticket to an agent's workflow.

1. From the Nav menu, select Tickets under Workflow. 

2. Click the Add Ticket icon in the upper right hand corner.

3. Enter the required information from the dropdown fields. 

4. If you select TBD as a worksite, another field will appear that includes a field entry to assign a temporary moniker for the site. 

5. Add any extra instructions or details for the agent in the dialog box below. 

6. Click Create Ticket.
