How to Complete a Checklist - Agent

Follow these steps to complete a checklist on a ticket before submitting it for review. 

1. From your dashboard or nav menu, select Tickets. 

2. Select the open ticket or use the search bar to find it.  

3. From the Info tab, find the checklist and select it. 

4. Check all items on the checklist as they're completed. 

5. Select the Info tab again to navigate back to the checklists. Complete all required checklists before submitting the ticket for review.
