2.0 How to Create a New Ticket Type
Ticket types are designed to clarify the work load for both agents and backoffice. Here's how you create a ticket type for easy attachment to your organization's settings.
1. From your Spearhead, select Settings under Organization:

2. From the middle menu under your organization settings, select Ticket Types:

3. Select the Create New icon

4. Type the name of the ticket type in the title field.
5. Describe what the ticket type does, accomplishes, or processes in the description. This description will appear any time an agent creates a ticket using this ticket type.
6. Select Submit to create the ticket type for attachment to your organization.
