How to Create a Service Report

Follow these steps to create a service report from a customer or agent profile for specific dates.

From Agent Profile: 

1. From your nav menu, select your profile. 

2. Using the middle menu, select the Service Report tab.

3. Use the dropdown calendar selector tool to select the date range. 

4. If dedicated to multiple customers, select the customer for the report. 

5. Use the toggle to include media attachments (pictures, documents, signatures, etc.) in the report or not.

6. Verify the previewed report. 

7. Select the Export to PDF icon. 

8. When navigated to the Reports tab, select the newest report to download.

9. From your downloaded files, save the document. 

From the Customer Dashboard: 

1. From the nav menu, select Customers. 

2. Select from the list or use the search bar to find the customer. 

3. Select the customer. 

4. Using the middle menu, select Service Report.

6. Use the toggle to include media attachments (pictures, documents, signatures, etc.) in the report or not.

7. Verify the previewed report. 

8. Select the Export to PDF icon. 

9. When navigated to the Reports tab, select the newest report to download.
