How to Create a Ticket - Desktop

Step by step instructions for how to create a ticket for an agent's workflow.

1. Select the Tickets option on the nav menu, under Workflows. 

2. Select "Create a ticket" icon

3. Select criteria from the Customer dropdown. 

4. Select criteria from the Product/Task dropdown. 

5. Select criteria from the Worksite dropdown. 

6. IF SELECTED TBD, type how you'd like the worksite to be referenced. 

7. Select a field agent to assign the task. 

8. Select the dates of service for the task. 

9. Using the toggle, choose whether or not the agent requires a customer signature from the job site.

10. Enter extra details into the dialog box for the agent. 

11. Use the icons to attach extra documents, pictures, or forms.

Select "Create Ticket" to assign the ticket to the agent's workflow.
