How to Create a Ticket - Mobile

Step by step instructions for how to create a ticket for an agent's workflow from your mobile device.

1. Open the Nav Menu by selecting the organization's logo on the bottom of the device. 

2. Select Tickets under the Workflows section. 

3. Click the Create a Ticket icon.

4. Enter the required fields from their dropdowns. 

5. Verify the selection by clicking the Select button. 

6. If you've selected TBD for the worksite, enter a temporary name for easy reference. 

7. Use these icons to select external files to add to the ticket.

8. Enter any additional instructions into the dialog box. 

Select "Create Ticket" to enter the job into the agent's workflow.
