To Edit Your Own Profile:
1. Click the Profile icon with the user's initials in the right hand corner.
2. Select the Edit icon in the right hand corner.
3. Click the field you'd like to edit to make any necessary entries or changes.
4. In the case of the role, use the drop down to select from the available options.
5. Click Submit to update your profile.
To Edit Another User's Profile:
1. From the nav menu, select agents.
2. Search for or find the agent from the list.
3. Click the field you'd like to edit to make any necessary entries or changes.
4. In the case of the role, use the drop down to select from the available options.
5. Click Submit to update the agent's profile.
