From any search bar within Spearhead, whether you're searching through tickets or reports, you can narrow your search down with the filter feature. Here's how:
Desktop:
1. Whichever page you're on, next to the search bar is a flag icon:
This will expand your search criteria.
2. Select the search criteria you'd like to apply to your search.
3. Exit out of the search filter by clicking the flag again.
4. To change the order of the search or the parameters of your search, select either the button or the drop down next to the search bar.
Mobile:
1. Select the search flag to expand the search bar.
2. Select the new parameters to filter by by clicking and turning the selection blue.
3. Change the order from ascending to descending (or vise versa) with the Sort Direction filter.
4. Click "View Results" to view your results with the relevant criteria applied.
5. To revert the criteria to the original or remove search parameters at all, click "Reset Filters."
