How to Generate a Ticket Report
Follow these step-by-step instructions to automatically generate a ticket report to either save or distribute.
Desktop
1. From the Nav menu, select Tickets under Work Flows.
2. Choose the ticket for which you'd like to generate a report.
3. Click the ellipsis button to reveal more options.

4. Select Create Report.
5. You can view the report in Spearhead or you can export to PDF by selecting the Export to PDF button in the corner.

Mobile
1. Click the client logo to access the Nav menu.
2. Select Tickets under Work Flows.
3. Choose the ticket for which you'd like to generate a report.
