At the top of each ticket under a Spearhead user's ticket is this Nav bar for the ticket. This allows foe easy compartmentalization for the sorts of data that can be entered to a ticket.
Activity:
This is the summation of activity from users through the ticket life of the ticket from generation to review to approval.
Logs:
Work logged to a ticket including comments from the agents.
Mileage:
Collects all mileage logs from the ticket, including to and from the worksite.
Expenses:
Collects expenses attributed to the ticket.
Click on the TICKET to reveal expense data charted for that site.
Use these data graphs to chart the labor and travel expenses through the life of that worksite.
Media:
View library of documents, pictures, and videos added to the ticket.
Forms:
View attachable forms the agents use or compile for the ticket.
Timesheet:
View timesheet data from each tech over the lifespan of the ticket.
Review:
Space and dialog box for the users to leave comments, reviewers to leave questions, and notes before approval.
