Workflows: Easily view all the work assigned to agents.
- Work Orders: View all the work orders assigned and create tickets from there.
- Tickets: View all the open tickets.
Review: Use this part of Spearhead to assess data that has been entered into the workflow. This is where you can find analytical and collation functions.
- Reports: Generate reports from tickets to download and distribute.
- Expenses: View all expenses attributed to tickets by agents.
Organization: View the totality of your organization from agents to customers with easy to view and sort logs.
- Customers: Access your organization's clients and their dashboards.
- Work Sites: View all open and archived work sites.
- Agents: View all employees, their roles, and how to contact them.
- Catalogs: View and manage your organization's catalog of goods and services.
My Profile: This is how you access all of your preferences and profile dashboard.
- Dashboard: Collection of tickets and divided into review
- Preferences: Change your notification and account preferences.
- Media Gallery: All images and attachments you've loaded into Spearhead from tickets.
- Logout: Log this device out of your Spearhead account.
Light and Dark Mode Toggle: Contained on your Nav Menu, use the toggle with the sun and moon icons to go between light and dark mode.
Support Desk: This function contacts Spearhead Support, the first step towards resolving whatever issue you're having with Spearhead's functionality or your device.
These are also available with the icons representing them from your mobile view.
Mobile
Organization: View the whole totality of your organization from agents to customers with easy to view and sort logs.
Review: Use this part of Spearhead to assess data that has been entered into the workflow. This is where you can find analytical functions and collation functions for things like reports and expenses.
Company Logo Middle Icon: This pulls up the expanded Spearhead Nav menu on your mobile device.
