Spearhead Setup

Onboarding for the Backoffice to set up your organization in Spearhead. 

Fill in Spearhead onboarding spreadsheets to have most of the base data already ported over

Accept welcome email for backoffice role. 

Login to Spearhead. 

Add customers. Include: 

  1. Contacts

  2. Worksites

  3. Pricebook

    1. Create a pricebook or use the sample global pricing that's provided until you're able to add a pricebook.  

Add agents, include:

  1. Names 

  2. Roles
  3. Email addresses
  4. Dedicate to customers

To begin adding work/creating tickets, include

  1. Ticket Types

  2. Checklists
  3. Worksites, customers, and dedicated agents to service both. 

To begin back office work: 

  1. Billing Rules

  2. Contract Rules

  3. Pricebooks

Setup Ticket Types in Org Settings.
