Spearhead Ticket Permissions
Spearhead will let you know when an action can or cannot be committed. Follow these helpful hints to know when.
Spearhead tells agents and backoffice employees what they can or can't do, based on the requirements of the organization, Spearhead, or the ticket itself.
When you see this, plus a greyed out button, it means that the action cannot yet be committed because the prerequisites or requirements have not been reached.

Underneath the button you're trying to click, a YELLOW box has a banner indicating which requirements have not been met or the agent's profile does not include permissions for that action.


Instructional copy will also read in red to indicate a requirement that needs to be met:

Once the criteria have been reached, greyed buttons will be active and you are able to click the button or submit the form or proceed with whatever action you were attempting to make.
