The Site ID doesn't have the Exclamation mark icon, so this work site was created and added to the customer's profile, then a ticket was created.

The Customer Signature icon is grey, so the on-site customer signature was submitted successfully and attached to the activity log.
COLORS OF A TICKET

A greyed out background means the ticket has been approved, archived, or closed.
