Ticket types clarify an agent's workflow. With helpful descriptions of jobs contained within the ticket type descriptor and the ability to assign ticket types helpful materials like reference materials and checklists.
Develop a hierarchal system of defined ticket types to add clean differentiations between tasks both for clarity and ease.
To generate a ticket type, log in with your backoffice role and navigate to your Organization Settings. From there, you can manage (create, edit, delete, etc.) ticket types that immediately populate into your ticket generation capabilities. Follow these steps to create or edit a ticket type.
