When you hover over any day/shift, the following pulls up:
This breaks the employee's shift down by work logged across the tickets they have completed for that day.
Total Hours includes their Labor plus the Travel time, while providing both separately as well.
Also included is any Expenses applied to the ticket and the total mileage.
Overloaded Agent: Based on a criteria set by supervisors when integrating Spearhead, an overloaded agent can be an agent who's worked anything over a pre-set criteria. Like if a workday is 8 hours, anyone who logs more than that is considered "overloaded."
Supervisors set the metrics for overloaded, to make the employee's time visibility clear for scheduling. Blue is normal, yellow is close to shift capacity, and red is over the shift.
